Angels' Wings Program
Program Info
Diamond Drugs, Inc. is proud to be the new primary sponsor of the Angels' Wings Program in cooperation with ICCAP. Angels’ Wings provides gifts at Christmas time to individuals and families who reside in Indiana County and who financially qualify, in addition to providing gifts for our veterans as a thank you for their service to our country. We help everyone who meets the program qualifications – newborns to children up to age 18, adults, senior citizens, families, and veterans.
- Purchase gifts for an individual by picking an "Angel Tag" from a tree location or email info@angelswingsprogram.com if you would rather have tag information emailed or mailed to you.
- Adopt-a-Family and purchase gifts for each family member and a grocery gift card for their holiday meal. Email info@angelswingsprogram.com for more information.
- Sign up to volunteer to wrap gifts or shop for individuals who are not picked from the trees. Email info@angelswingsprogram.com for more information.
- Make a monetary donation to the program. All money donated goes directly to helping program recipients. Checks can be made to ICCAP Angels' Wings Program and sent to:

- Indiana County residents only.
- Acceptance into the program is based on Indiana County residency and financial eligibility. Proof of ID, residency, income, etc. MUST be submitted for your application to be reviewed.
- Applications can be submitted online or you may apply in person on one of the dates listed on the schedule.
- Children ages 0-18 (18 year olds must still be in high school)
- Three wishes per child. Please refer to the Items Not Permitted list.
- Individuals are permitted to sign-up/be accepted into one Indiana County Christmas Assistance Program each year, not multiple
- Once we review your application, we will email you to provide further information if you have been accepted into the program for this year.
- NOTE: If you are a Veteran, this application is not for you. Please email angelswings@diamondpharmacy.com for a Veteran Application.

Requirements
Non-US Military Veterans
- Current Indiana County resident
- Financial eligibility
- Valid current photo ID
- Proof of residency if ID is not current
- Social Security card for each adult applicant
- Social Security card or birth certificate for children
- Proof of income for ALL individuals living in the household
Military Veterans
- Current Indiana County resident
- Proof of honorable service (DD214 form, military ID, VA card)

- Drones
- Weapons of any kind
- Gift cards
- Expensive electronics
