The Stop the Cold program helps keep those in need in Indiana County warm. The winter clothing drive collects winter coats, hats, gloves, and scarves. Drop off locations and dates are posted closer to the time of the program. If you do not wish to purchase items to donate but would like to help, you can make a monetary donation via check payable to ICCAP. These donations should be sent to ICCAP Stop the Cold Program, 827 Water St., Suite 101, Indiana, PA 15701.
